MentalBreak.to ("we", "us", or "our") provides a technology platform that helps parents discover, compare, and plan summer camp sessions for their children in Calgary and surrounding areas.

Our services are limited to:

Providing a planning tool to browse and filter summer camp sessions by week, theme, grade, and provider
Building a week-by-week itinerary of favourited and booked camps
Tracking estimated costs across selected sessions
Sharing your camp plan with others via a shareable link
Processing platform access fees via Stripe

MentalBreak.to explicitly:

Does NOT register your child for any camp — registration is handled directly by the camp provider
Does NOT guarantee camp availability, pricing accuracy, or session details
Does NOT operate, supervise, or endorse any camp programs listed on the platform
Does NOT provide childcare advice or recommendations

2. User Obligations

Users agree to:

Provide accurate account information when signing up
Use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes related to camp planning
Verify all camp details (dates, pricing, availability) directly with the camp provider before registering
Not scrape, copy, or redistribute camp data from the platform
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Fees and Pricing

Access to the full planning tool requires a one-time payment per city, per summer season
Payments are processed securely through Stripe — we do not store your payment information
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice
All fees are in Canadian dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes

4. Camp Data and Accuracy

Camp information displayed on MentalBreak.to — including session dates, pricing, age ranges, themes, and availability — is collected from publicly available sources and camp provider websites. While we make reasonable efforts to keep this information current:

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any camp listing
Camp details may change without notice by the provider
Users should always confirm details directly with the camp provider before registering
We are not responsible for any discrepancies between our listings and actual camp offerings

5. Intellectual Property

The MentalBreak.to platform, design, and original content remain our property
Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal camp planning
Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute platform content
Camp names, logos, and descriptions belong to their respective providers

6. Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for platform access. We are not liable for:

Decisions made based on camp information displayed on the platform
The quality, safety, or suitability of any camp program
Accuracy of camp provider data, including pricing and availability
Lost plans or data due to service interruptions or technical issues
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. Data Privacy and Security

We will:

8. Termination
